Professional Experience

Frank was admitted to Practice in 2000. Frank's professional experience includes service with Messrs. Ashmead Ali & Company (Associate Attorney), Messrs. Lex Caribbean (Senior Associate Attorney), Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited (Manager Legal & Assistant Corporate Secretary), Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) (Principal Legal & Policy Advisor), BG Trinidad and Tobago Limited (Principal Contracts and Procurement Advisor) and private practice in Chambers.

Frank specialises in acquisitions and mergers, due diligence, commercial procurement and contract negotiation, dispute resolution, conveyancing (Freehold/Leasehold Developments, Condominium Developments, Mortgages) and commercial transactions. Further, Frank has extensive energy, telecommunications and finance experience. In relation to the Energy sector he has worked on all aspects of the operational contracts for onshore and offshore operating facilities and logistical operations for BG Trinidad and Tobago Limited. In relation to the Finance Sector, Frank has considerable experience in project and bank financing and has been involved in significant project and capital market transactions in Trinidad and Tobago. In relation to Telecommunications, Frank has advised on several policies within this sector, managed compliance and litigation, engaged in regulatory challenges and conducted negotiations with the regulator and other operators.

Aside from Frank's professional legal qualifications and membership he holds certificates in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution and Computer Law.

Frank is also a member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
